Ingredients:
1/3 cup (12 of 6 oz. can) frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 or 6 ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Yield: 1 large Cow or 2 small servings.
