Ingredients:
2 cups biscuit mix
½ cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
TOPPING:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg ,and butter. This makes a thick dough. Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch pan.
TOPPING: Combine ingredients to consistency of coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over dough. Topping ingredients may be doubled for more sweetness and flavor. Bake 25 minutes at 375°.
Yield: Serves 6 to 8.
