UT Researchers Are Working to 3-D Print Thousands of Masks for Health Care Workers

Researchers at UT's Texas Inventionworks, led by Scott Evans, and Dell Med are developing a solution to the shortage of face masks for health care workers fighting COVID-19. The prototype for the custom fit, reusable mask could 3-D print up to 10,000 masks a day.

This video is part of an ongoing series, co-produced by The University of Texas and the Texas Exes, featuring Longhorns who are fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
