Ingredients:
1 small-sized onion, minced
2 pounds sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 jar (7 oz.) chopped pimentos
3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 pint mayonnaise
Pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Garlic, onion, and celery salts to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Add seasonings to taste. Keep adding pepper, paprika, garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt to taste.
Yield: 6 cups.
