Highland Lakes Chapter Scholarships

The Texas Exes Highland Lakes Chapter awards outstanding area high school graduates with academic and merit-based scholarships.  We are dedicated to supporting students from our local communities by providing one-time gifts to help pay for college expenses.  

To be considered for a Highland Lakes Chapter scholarship:

  • High school seniors who plan to attend The University of Texas at Austin should apply for Texas Exes scholarships online by February 15th.

2024-2025 Academic Year Scholarship Fundraising Goal

The 2024-2025 Chapter goal is to raise at least $12,000 to donate to local students. 

You can make a significant difference in the life of a local student simply by attending Chapter events, because all profits from each event go directly to the Highland Lakes Chapter Scholarship Fund.

Academic Scholarship Recipients

Texas Exes Highland Lakes Chapter Scholarship Recipients 2023-2024

The Highland Lakes Chapter of the Texas Exes held their annual Scholarship Recipient Meet and Greet on May 17th at River City Grille in Marble Falls.  The chapter was pleased to award $22,000 to eleven seniors from the five area high schools.  In the first photo are Grace Gates and Hayden Brown (Burnet High School).

 Texas Exes Scholarship Recipients 2022-2023

 

The Texas Exes Highland Lakes Chapter held its annual reception for area high school Texas Exes scholarship recipients on May 18 at River City Grille in Marble Falls. The Chapter awarded $20,000 to ten seniors from three area high schools. The Texas Exes Highland Lakes Chapter held its annual reception for 2021 UT scholarship recipients on May 19, 2021, at the Art of the Meal in Marble Falls. The Chapter awarded $14,000 to seven local high school seniors from three area high schools.
