Get Involved!
The Black Alumni Network is an official network of the Texas Exes. We are always looking for individuals who would like to get involved and help us achieve our goals by participating in specific areas within our network. Individuals can assist with:
- Student Recruitment/ Admissions
Assist the Office of Freshman Admissions with recruitment efforts. Activities include contacting prospective or admitted students and parents. - Black Alumni Reunion Events
Work with Texas Exes staff to plan activities in conjunction with Texas Relays or other scheduled reunions. - Legacy Gala
Support the Legacy Gala by kickstarting our campaign with donations to hold the door open and help as many Black students get a high quality education from one of the world's best universities! This is truly a great opportunity for alumni to come together and share our transformative experiences, embody what it means to change the world, and become a donor for our unique scholarship programs. Contributing a gift will remove barriers to education by helping to establish renewable scholarships.
