Our January Breakfast speaker was Dr. Felipe Ochoa

He is an engineer from UNAM with a PhD from MIT, and a renowned consultant on Operations Research in Mexico. He spoke on the Private Industry's project to join forces with the Federal Gov't on infrastructure projects.
