Why join?

Society membership directly supports the enrichment component of the Forty Acres Scholars Program, which is a differentiating factor for students deciding between UT and other top-ranked universities.

We are always excited to give back to our alma mater, but serving as members of the Forty Acres Society is an impactful way to give to the place that gave us so much. The Society supports the Forty Acres Scholarship Program (FASP). This scholarship provides unique opportunities on and off campus. The program produces valuable academic experiences and enrichment experiences that will benefit the Scholars for the rest of their lives. It allows the university to stay at the forefront when students are weighing their options. Our Scholars are equipped with a well-rounded and real-world education, and we are excited to see how they will change the world!
